Shipping and returns

At Neonova Store we strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible.

 

• Processing: All orders are prepared within 1-2 business days .

• Shipping to Europe: Delivery between 7 and 12 business days , depending on the destination.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking code once your order has shipped.

• Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Make sure you enter your address correctly. We are not responsible for delays due to errors in customer information.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If it's not what you expected, you can return it.

 

• Deadline: You have 5 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

• Conditions: The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• Process: Write to us at storeneonova@gmail.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

• Return costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or there was an error on our part.
